How do I sign up for Members Mobile?

You can sign up in minutes through the Members Mobile app, or begin on membersmobile.com and finish the activation on the app. Activation includes device compatibility checking and installing an eSIM, which is supported by most phone models after 2018. If you have an older phone, we will send you a physical SIM card with easy installation instructions.

Can I switch from my current provider without losing my phone number?

Yes. You can transfer your number to Members Mobile from all major carriers and MVNOs. Your number must be active, and you must provide your account number, a port-out PIN, and billing ZIP code, which must legally be sent to you from your current carrier. This port out process usually takes minutes (in rare occasions over an hour) during which time you will be able to use your phone.
